As Founder and Managing Director of Sunshine Energy Pvt. Ltd. since its inception in 2004, Mr. Sitaula has actively spearheaded the company's growth and operational vision. He has been pivotal in steering the company to ISO 9001:2008 certification and in executing landmark off-grid, on-grid, and utility-scale solar projects across the nation.

Beyond enterprise management, he has served at the forefront of policy advocacy, sector standardization, and institutional growth. His distinguished public and industry leadership includes:
